Come and discover the elegant cuisine of the Restaurant du Domaine de La Briandais, prepared using local seasonal produce from our producers, in the magnificent setting of an 18th-century manor house and its vast park with century-old oak trees bordered by a lake. An estate with a concept of "electromagnetic sobriety", unique in Europe, comprising a hotel and a restaurant: no Wi-Fi here, wired Internet connection and mobile phones switched off or in aeroplane mode.
