Living soil market gardening, where the soil is kept to a minimum with simple aeration of the soil and the addition of organic matter ranging from compost to manure and hay to cover the soil and feed it while reducing the emergence of weeds. The production of vegetables is therefore based on a philosophy that seeks to get closer to the natural processes that can be observed. The aromatic and medicinal plants are mainly sold fresh, with a project to sell herbal teas in 2023.
