The Berbie Episcopal Palace is next to the powerful Sainte-Cécile Cathedral. The magnificent Palace Gardens, registered as a 'Remarkable Garden', is hidden behind the brick giant with its massive, military appearance. These gardens are one of the most visited locations in the city.
The gardens of the Berbie Palace are classic: boxwood arabesques on a bed of white gravel, simply accompanied in summer by a quality floral display. One of the City’s gardeners works there and is responsible for its organic maintenance (chemical treatment is prohibited), its pruning and the summer planting.
