Kiosque et maquette historique de la place forte de Garonne
Description
On the banks of the Garonne, a few steps from the boat launch, the wooden kiosk invites you to go back in time to discover Monheurt in the 17th century. This protestant stronghold had an impressive system of bastioned fortifications (Vauban type). Attacked by the King's army, the small city resisted with a masterful hand before falling to the cannons.
The historical model and the soundtrack will make you discover the history of this small village with an incredible history.
