At PILOCHOU we have been processing goat's milk in a traditional way since 1981. After preparation and maturing, the raw milk cheeses are sold locally in markets, restaurants and shops. The sale at the farm is possible from Tuesday to Saturday from 2:30 pm to 6 pm, you will have a wide choice between fresh cheeses, Mothais on sheet, buchettes, crottins, squares and ashy cheeses. A guided tour is possible by appointment.
