With 10 years of experience in several fine establishments, and having expatriated for some time to the south of France, Matthieu returned to his native Vosges in April 2022 to take charge of the kitchens at Le Pont des Fées.

Passionate about his job and the richness of our culinary heritage, Matthieu Chemin gives pride of place to products from equally passionate producers.
The restaurateur has also been a member of the Euro-Toques association for many years, created on the initiative of Pierre Romeyer and Paul Bocuse to promote quality products.
