Every day throughout the year Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8 am and 3 pm. On Friday and Saturday between 8 am and 10 pm. Closed on Sunday.

Magnificent oreilles d'ânes (the very famous spinach lasagne), a superb gratin of ravioles (homemade!) with Champsaur blue cheese, delicious Champsouillettes (for andouillette lovers) or the assiette de la vallée...
