Domaine de Beaurenard has been a family wine estate for over 8 generations, with 32 hectares of vineyards in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, 25 hectares of vines in Rasteau and 6 hectares of Côtes du Rhône. The entire estate is organically farmed and is biodynamic. A magnificent alliance of tradition and modernity.
The name of the estate, Domaine Beaurenard, comes from old French, and the oldest wine made on the estate, Boisrenard, has been made since 1695.
The work is done by hand all year long.
Pruning, debudding, working the soil and the grass cover, grape harvest and grape sorting, are all done entirely by hand.
To enhance this manual work and the strength of the vines, we use plant infusions featuring nettles, yarrow, field horsetail, chamomile ...
AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape, AOC Rasteau and Côtes du Rhône wines.
The owners are happy to welcome your visit and show you the winery, the ageing cellar and the bottling.
