Chef Jean-Michel Salcedo has left his mark on Restaurant des Jardins Sothys by giving a touch of originality to the Corrèze region, with a perfumed and well-controlled cuisine, inspired by the vegetable garden. At the age of 14, Jean-Michel entered the hotel school in Carcassonne to fulfil his dream combined with his passion for cooking, which his Catalan grandmother had transmitted to him.
Jean-Michel's cuisine, perfumed, blending tradition and modernity, is linked to his Mediterranean origins, his many travels and his stay in the West Indies.
At "Aux Jardins", the chef offers you a quality cuisine, fresh and traditional, with accents from here and elsewhere..
