In July 2019, it unveiled its new menu and specially crafted menu which features unprocessed and noble ingredients like crabs, prawns, free-range poultry, and chocolate. The entire menu is curated with subtle pairings that reveal the best in each ingredient used, along with emphasizing aromas and flavors. As a special touch, each ingredient is finely chopped by the chef as an homage to the glorious Eiffel Tower’s architecture.

Know Before You Go
Important Information
There will be a host that will accompany you to a dedicated elevator which will take you to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower at 8am sharp.
Since this elevator is opened exclusively for this experience, latecomers won’t be accommodated or refunded.
Restrictions
This tour can accommodate a maximum of 32 people in 1 group.
This experience grants you access only to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower. You will not be permitted to enter the Summit or the 1st floor. An independent ticket will need to be purchased at the site if you wish to access any of the other floors.
Strict Dress Code: It's recommended to be dressed appropriately for a 1-star Michelin restaurant along with no hats, shorts, or sneakers.
