The Tripel: A beer that reflects the character of the people who live here: strong, complex and warm. It will delight you with its well-malted flavours enhanced by fruity and slightly spicy notes.La Saison: the grain side is evident, with 4 malts (barley, spelt, wheat and rye) and only 1 hop. This beer has a strength of 5.8° and when tasted chilled (+/- 5-6°, because at less the aromas are killed, which is why industrial beers are served so chilled), sparkling notes, a nice bitterness and fruity notes can be detected.This trio of brewers has other recipes in the pipeline that we should see in the coming months.
