At the edge of the Grand Morin, upstream from Coulommiers, the Fromagère of Brie continues for three generations Brie cheese tradition in refining the gastronomic highlights of the Seine and Marne: Brie de Meaux AOP, AOP Melun, from Coulsdon, but also amazing double and triple creams as Chevru the Vignelait, or the Jehan de Brie to name a few.
