Château Gaubert
Description
Château Gaubert has been a family property since 1954, handed down from father to daughter.
Located on the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, in Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes. The terroir of Château Gaubert is home to 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
Juliette, the third generation, lovingly works her vines with respect under the benevolent eye of her father Gérard Ménager.
The Château has been certified HVE3 since 2018.
Juliette took over the reins in 2016 with the help of Max Granet her husband. They both work together, Juliette in production, Max in the image and promotion of the château.
They will welcome you as a family to the property to share their love of the land and good food and will help you discover their history. I invite you to contact them for details of visits.
