The Duroux cheese dairy is above all a family history with local roots. It has been making and maturing Auvergne cheeses since 1936. It has won many awards and offers a wide range of products: Cantal PDO (young, intermediate, old), Salers PDO, Saint Nectaire (farmhouse, dairy), Bleu Duroux, Fourme Ambert PDO, Tome de Rilhac, Pavé Corrézien, Tome de Pays, Tome fraiche, Pomerol, Tome de Brebis, Tome de Chèvre, Tome Chèvre/Brebis, Beure de Baratte, Crème Fraiche épaisse, etc.
Sales point open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 6pm.
