Detached gîte for 5 people, adjoining the owner's house, set in 1500m² of landscaped grounds, 6 km from Fontenay Le Comte and 5 km from the market town of Pissotte.
The gîte comprises a kitchen, a lounge with a sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds), a living room and a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 100x200 bed and 1 x 200x200 bed) with en-suite bathroom + WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 200x200 bed) with en-suite bathroom (bath + shower + WC). Wifi (fibre). Gravelled terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
