Description
Hiking and sojourns with Yves, guide in mountains. He will make you discover the mountain at your own rhythm. Yves proposes farms visits, Qi gong, "sylvothérapy", observation of flowers and chamois, geology, avalanche rescue formation "ANENA".

Hikings are from 2 hours long to one are a few days.
Different dates are proposed for sojourns during the whole year, to wander the mountains, by foot or with snowshoe. A sojourn can be organised according to your availability.
