A good table favouring local suppliers and seasonal products. Fresh frogs in season, specialities: Local menu (including Val d'Ajol andouille), munstiflette, Lorraine beef, Breuchin trout steak with passion fruit, salted butter caramel.
Closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for lunch.
