Established in Uchaux for over 10 years, Céline and Agnès are keen to share their intimate knowledge of this village scattered between vineyards and forests, and of this generous land. To pass on the taste, they master the language of flavors and speak of it differently with each passing season. Les Acacias serves local cuisine, bursting with the sunshine and aromas of the south, where each dish tells a little of the story of Provence.
