Gîte "Bresse" (maximum 8 people): spacious 115 m² gîte with a high level of comfort and equipment including :
- 1 15 m2 bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, "bz" type sofa convertible into a single bed, chairs...
- 1 room of 18 m2 with double bed, single bed, bz sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed (bultex), bedside tables, chest of drawers, chairs...
NEW BATHROOM adjoining this room with integrated shower, washbasin and vanity top, shelving, towel rail...
- 1 sanitary area with washing machine, towel dryer, chest of drawers, 2 basins and large built-in shower
- 1 separate toilet and washbasin
- 1 large living area (approx. 65 m²) comprising : 1 sleeping area with double bed and bedside table, 1 dining room with table and chairs, 1 fully-equipped central bar-style kitchen (integrated oven and dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric teapot, toaster and kitchen utensils...), 1 relaxation area with corner sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV, 1 clic-clac sofa with Bultex quality 2-seater mattress.

- 1 separate WC and washbasin
