This former hotel is on the heights of the village of Mijoux, at the foot of the alpine ski slopes of Mijoux-La Faucille, in the heart of the Nordic area of La Valserine in winter and hiking trails in summer in the Haut Jura Nature Park.
The Gîte des Egravines offers a warm welcome, with a choice of self-catering or overnight accommodation with breakfast and table d'hôte in the evening.
The vast ground-floor reception room is the perfect place for guests to gather for meals, play billiards or table soccer, or enjoy a drink at the bar or in the lounge in front of the fireplace. The fully-equipped professional kitchen offers a wealth of options for preparing unforgettable dining experiences, which continue on the large terrace with its Barnum set up from spring to autumn, where BBQs and aperitifs are held throughout the summer months.
One of the Jura's assets is the wide range of sporting activities available all year round. That's why our sauna is so popular with our sporty guests who want to enjoy a moment of comfort after physical exertion, or who simply want to relax.
Our guests have access to 18 large rooms, including 6 with balconies, all overlooking the mountains and forests of the Jura massif.
During the week, our overnight (half-board) option appeals to hikers, sports enthusiasts, tourists and professionals who wish to stay at Mijoux during their Jura tour.
