Number 5 Avenue Jobert

Louis-Amédée Mantes, double bassist at the Opéra and one of the inventors of colour photography, lived at no. 5 Avenue Jobert.
Her three daughters, nicknamed "Mantes les Jolies", were dancers at the Paris Opera and became famous for having served as models for the painter Degas.
