The 1900 carousels, the rides of our grandparents, the rides of yesteryear that resist the marketing of modern, noisy and ever more flashy rides.
They are very recognizable. They often appear adorned with a white horse or a spike at their top. They can be upstairs and the cabin where you buy precious sesames for the imaginary journey is always nicely decorated.
The "wooden horses" which can be tigers, planes, hot-air balloons or teacups, always spin, rising and descending clinging to their pillar, to the rhythm of music similar to that of a limonaire.
