In the Landes region, 24 kilometres east of Dax, the Cérès farm is located right nearby Chalosse’s Voie Verte greenway. An ideal route for walk in the shade of the oak trees. Head in the direction of Montfort-en-Chalosse, and the path will lead you to a lake for a picnic or a snack.
Renowned fatty duck and cattle farmers Jocelyne and Philippe Cérès will give you a warm welcome to their typical Chalosse farm. Immerse yourself in all the farm’s activities: maize cultivation, livestock farming and duck fattening. Discover how a herd of cows are raised to earn quality certifications like Label Rouge (Red Label) and PGI (protected geographic indication). Jocelyne will answer all your questions about her fresh products and preserves, duck tenderloin, whole fresh duck foie gras and duck breast.
