Detached house located in the "Village de la Vieille Orgate" residence (around fifteen houses) in Notre Dame de Monts, 2 km from the beach and shops.
The gîte comprises a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (1 bed 140) (2 beds 90) and a shower room with WC. Decorative fireplace. Wifi internet access. Outside laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer).

Appliances: fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric coffee machine, pod coffee machine, extractor fan, electric kettle, pancake maker, raclette set.

Outside, two terraces (one in front and one behind the gîte), garden furniture, sun loungers, gas barbecue.
Optional extras: cleaning charge €80/stay, bed linen hire €27/stay, bathroom linen hire €12/stay.

In addition: tourist tax, electric heating up to 8kw/h/day (beyond this, invoicing at the current EDF rate based on meter reading): to be paid on site.
