Ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, storeroom, bathroom (bath + shower), separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed). First floor: attic bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). Upstairs, a 2nd attic bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). Wifi.
Private patio giving access to a communal garden and swimming pool shared with the owners (3x6m), heated from 1 May to 30 September. Bed linen included (beds made on arrival).
Optional: Housekeeping package: €85/stay; Towel hire: €8/person/stay.
Extra charge: Electric heating based on meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh/day for current consumption),
