Do you want to test the Tiny House mode of living and spend a relaxing holiday between Brittany and Normandy? We welcome you to Saint-James in our Tiny House in a bucolic, calm and peaceful environment. Ideally located 15 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, in the heart of its bay, you can cross Brittany (Fougères, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale ...) as well as Normandy (Avranches, Granville, the beaches of the Landings, the Caen Memorial ...).
Better than a caravan or a mobile home, the Tiny House is a very comfortable wooden mini-house on wheels! This very bright accommodation with views of the surrounding countryside has been designed with healthy and ecological materials. We have carried out the decoration with care to make our guests feel at home.
Designed to accommodate 1 to 4 people, in the Tiny House, you will find a bathroom equipped with an 80x80 shower, a sink, dry toilets and a dressing room, 2 mezzanines (with protective railings and child side net)
Note that when the Tiny is only rented for 2 people, a sofa - relaxation area replaces one of the mezzanine bedrooms. A pleasant place to read a book and relax. An outdoor terrace adjoining the Tiny with garden furniture for 4 people and barbecue.
In order to welcome you in the best conditions, we put at your disposal a detailed "Tiny House book" with all the activities to do in the surroundings as well as tourist documentation. We will be committed to providing you with the best possible support during your stay to discover our region.
