Located in the heart of Normandy Switzerland in a peaceful hamlet bordered by a wood, this original gîte offers a clear view of the bocage and the surrounding hills including the remarkable site of Roche d'Oëtre. This farmhouse restored with traditional and ecological materials offers high quality comfort. Built on 2 levels, it can accommodate 6 people. You will be disorientated by the themed rooms, one thing leading to another, the Miller's room and the scent of adventure room, etc. The granite path adjoins the house, it will take you to the Maison de la Rivière et du Paysage where several nature activities will be offered to you (3 km), the Roche d'Oëtre massif (2.5 km), a treetop adventure park (2 km), canoeing, kayaking and water skiing (10 km), via ferrata, paragliding, pedal boats and zip line in Clécy (15 km).
All-inclusive equipment. Independent house. Ground floor: living room (CD and DVD player) with wood stove, original fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 made on arrival) with private shower room, WC, utility room with a chimney for grilling. Floor: sauna for 2 people, WC, shower room, reading area, one bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 200 made on arrival), one bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds 90 x 200 made on arrival). Unfenced garden 300 m² with terrace, deckchairs. Provision: 2 adult bicycles and 1 adolescent bicycle.
