Hamza is an attic flat (20 sq m) on the 2nd floor of a two-century old, typically Norman building.
It takes three minutes to walk there from the train station. The building is located at the foot of the Joan of Arc Tower (aka the Keep) which now houses escape room games - www.rouentourisme.com/le-donjon-un-nouvel-escape-game-a-rouen/ , in the heart of the neighbourhood museum (Museum of Fine Arts, Natural History Museum, Museum of wrought ironwork, Museum of Ceramics). It will take about 10 minutes to go shopping on Rue du Gros Horloge as well as to visit the city's main attractions – the Cathedral, the Old Market Square.
This flat is designed like a ship. It is ideal for short stays for three adults but can also offer great facilities for longer stays for one person or a couple.
Just like in a ship, there is everything you need: toilet, shower, kitchen, comfortable bed, and what is not there is on the landing (vacuum cleaner, washing machine).
There is a small bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). In the main room, mezznine with a single bed (120 x 190 cm). The mezzanine bed is accessible by a ladder.
Just like in a ship, intimacy is limited and it's better to know the other guests well. It is a flat made for friends or family.
