of a XIXth century farmhouse. It is as if you were in the countryside, but the comfort of the shops is less than

Well exposed, the gite is well equipped. With its industrial-vintage style, its cosy layout encourages relaxation. The
the large bay window of the living room offers a bright space and a view on the fields.
On the ground floor, the living room juxtaposes the kitchen and the bathroom (PMR). The access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase
and leads to a master suite and a second bedroom with twin beds.
In the living room, a sofa bed offers a 4th bed (PRM).
A garden space with a 25m² terrace is dedicated to you.
The surroundings are under construction. The plantations will therefore take a little time to blossom fully -).
On 2ha of green spaces, you will have the leisure to relax and will be able to meet
hans our horse and Balthazar the donkey his inseparable companion. Marquise our Border Collie is
and loves to play hide and seek. Chouquette our cat is wilder but lets herself be cuddled
once tamed.
Access to the heated pool (May to Sept) is to be shared with our family.
In the heart of Pays de Caux, there are many walks and visits in the area.
Restaurants, bars, cinema, swimming pool, bowling, horse riding are less than 10 mn drive away.
Location : 2h from Paris, 45mn from Le Havre, Dieppe, Etretat or Veules les Roses.
Access to the motorway is easy and fast.
