Bernard?s cooking is simple and instinctive. It's inspired by the seasons and adapted to the market.
There are no spices or hot peppers in the Assiette Bistrot, just a few indigenous herbs to bring out the flavour of the product. He takes your food intolerances into account (sugar-free, salt-free, lactose-free, gluten-free...), just let him know when you place your order.
The vegetarian plate is prepared according to Isabel's tastes, with ayurvedic plants and spices that surprise the palate. It's also vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
There's no set menu; you compose your own meal from the dishes on a blackboard.
All ingredients, from starters to desserts, are sourced from local or regional organic farms, with fish from Centre Frais.
