Description
The chambre d'hôte "La Simonette" overlooks a magnificent 3000m² wooded park via a small sheltered terrace, where you can enjoy lunch if you wish.
This 25 m² cottage is located in an outbuilding next to the owners? house. In fine weather, you can enjoy the swimming pool in the grounds, shared with the owners. Situated 15 minutes from the medieval town of Saint-Léonard de Noblat, 20 minutes from Limoges and 45 minutes from Lac de Vassivière, La Simonette is also close to the town of Saint-Paul, with its fishing lake, numerous hiking trails and cultural heritage.
