Single-nave church with transept, apse and apsidal chapel.
The oldest part of the church dates back to the 12th century, of which only the foundations of the porch, the domed apse and the Romanesque chevet (protected by decree) remain.
The rest of the church has undergone modifications over the centuries.
The church's stained-glass windows tell the story of the two Limousin popes born in the village (unique in the world): Clement VI (1292-1352) and Gregory XI (1329-1378), who brought the papacy back to Rome.
