Bordant la nouvelle route de Bordeaux qui vient d’être ouverte, ce ruisseau-lavoir a été construit en 1866, tout comme l’abreuvoir qui le côtoie. Ce grand bassin de pierre mesurant 15m de long et 5m de large est complété par un abri couvert en 1878.
