Description
Au cours de vos randonnées vous pourrez rencontrer des troupeaux de brebis, vaches ou encore chevaux en estive. Les animaux vivent en liberté en montagne pendant la saison estivale et y pâturent librement. Certains sont gardés par un berger et d'autres par des Patous, chiens de garde de troupeaux. L'estive est une tradition pastorale ancestrale encore courante en Vallée d'Ossau.
