Les gabares de Haute-Dordogne à Spontour
Description
Departing from Spontour, a former village of gabariers, this 1h20 walk combines history and nature, and invites you to discover the gorges of the Upper Dordogne on the Chastang dam reservoir aboard the Spontournoise IV.
Let us tell you all about the epic story of the gabariers.
Please note that the gabare has a capacity of 36, so booking is essential.
Tickets can be purchased online or at Haute-Corrèze tourist offices (Neuvic, Bort-les-Orgues, Meymac), as well as in Egletons and Mauriac.
