In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, at the gateway to the Quercy region, this large-capacity gîte has been converted from 17th-century stables. Right in the heart of the Thézac-Perricard PGI terroir, Domaine de Lancement is a family-run organic estate, part of the Bienvenue à la Ferme network. Independent winemaker Sandrine and cattle breeder Guillaume will show you around the estate and let you taste their products.
The gîte is set away from the farm, with its 3000 m² garden. Ground floor: large 70 m² living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge, PMR bedroom (1x160) with private PMR shower room/WC, WC and laundry room. Upstairs, 1 master suite (2x90 convertible into 180 - 1x90) with private shower room/WC, 3 bedrooms (2x180 and 1x160), 1 dormitory (2x90, 1x140), 1 shower room with WC, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC.
