This charming gîte on the banks of the river Dive, in the hamlet of Retournay, lies between Marnes and Moncontour. Once a water mill where several generations of millers succeeded one another, this workplace has been transformed over time into a haven of peace. La villa des Licoches, housed in an old 13th-century building, features a large living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchenette, sitting area, shower room and separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds that can be made into a double bed and one with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. Bicycles available.
