At 15 mn from the town centre of Châtellerault, la Planchette, an old 19th century farmhouse, entirely restored in 2006 and 2007, is located in the heart of the Châtellerault countryside.
La Planchette's lodgings are composed of a building with 3 lodgings of about 80 m² each, each one benefiting from a private enclosed garden and a sheltered terrace. These 3 lodgings can be connected to each other to accommodate large families of up to 14 people.
