8 springs in the Morcenais region (105 km) offer walkers the chance to discover ancestral rites around water.
This spring is notable for its cave-like shelter, which allows the whole body to be abluted without being seen. The water is reputed to relieve skin ailments such as eczema, milk crusts and varicose wounds.
