Cross the Route de la Hontane and walk along the dyke for 900m. You are in the middle of the marshes and you can see the tons, a typical habitat for duck hunting. These small installations are found in wetlands used for hunting waterfowl. This traditional practice, dating back to the 19th century, involves hiding in this shelter while waiting for your prey. Decoys are strategically placed on the water to attract the attention of wild geese and ducks.
