Sheltered behind a terrace shaded by maple trees, the restaurant can be discovered as soon as you step through the large, luminous door.
At Les Allées, local consumption and fresh produce are 100% priorities. Here, everything is guaranteed homemade, as evidenced by the vast glass door that opens onto the kitchen and offers a transparent view of Antoine and Coralie?s precise work.
Before opening Les Allées, Antoine and Coralie took over the traditional recipe for homemade pastis from Antoine?s grandmother. This traditional Landes cake, flavored with vanilla beans patiently infused in young Armagnac, is a real treat.
