Built in the 1950s to sort the city's mail, then converted into a cultural venue for Lille 2004, European Capital of Culture, the Tripostal has become a major space for contemporary creation.
While not an art centre or museum, it is a place for art and life, located in the heart of the city, between Lille Flandres and Lille Europe stations. It has three floors, each measuring 2,000 m², giving it excellent scenographic flexibility. It's also a place for performance and celebration, with a children's area and catering facilities.
