The museum lies in a house of character in the historic centre of Montmélian. Around a charming courtyard, it spreads in 1,000 sqm, between floors, barns and cellars. The visitor is invited to explore the rich worlds of the vine and wine and to appreciate the specificities of Savoyard viticulture.
Ancient machines and tools, testimonials from winemakers and specialists, films and games…
History or present, story of techniques or story of men, botany or viticulture, flavours and odours… offer visitors a varied itinerary, for all tastes.
