La Rôtisserie chez Edith opened its doors in December 2023.
Open 7/7, we offer farmhouse chickens from the Landes region, roasted on site, as well as sausages, Toulouse or confit, spider pork, hams, lamb mice, and chicken-based suggestions every day.
All our products and side dishes are homemade, using local produce and/or short-distance sourcing.
You'll also find a selection of wines, Basque pâtés, duck rillettes, chips... and selected desserts.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ORDER YOUR CHICKENS IN ADVANCE.
