Through role-playing exercises, you will (re)discover the art of breathing efficiently, and the many subtleties of breathing that you can play with to improve your health, your daily life, your sleep, your physical performance, etc., but above all do yourself some good by practising.
Based on nasal breathing, rhythmic and synchronised, inspired by the Afghan March, it adapts to the terrain, distance and intensity.
