Large thatched cottage entirely renovated and decorated with care, perfectly equipped, in the great calm, with heated swimming pool with pit and ground of game of bowls on a hectare raised and entirely closed. Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, on the cider road, 12 kms from Pont-l'évêque and 25 minutes from the beaches. The house welcomes you on 250 m2 and includes : a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen-dining room with fireplace, a billiard room with fireplace, 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a scullery-laundry room, 100 m2 of terrace, very nice exposure until sunset.
Numerous indoor and outdoor games, TV and phone chargers in all rooms, quality audio systems.
All linens are provided (including pool towels), beds are made, shower products, household linen and Nespresso capsules are provided.

Maximum capacity: 10 people maximum, including children over 18 months.

Certificate of holiday insurance required including liability and damage insurance (fire, water damage, glass breakage...)

Anti-covid measures in place for visitors:
- Housekeeping with high hygiene measures
- Everything is disinfected (handles, switches, toilets, showers, .....)
- The house is ventilated several hours
- A minimum period of 36 hours is respected between each rental
- Hydro alcoholic gel is available in several places in the house
