Whatever the season, the bird's-eye view over the countryside will give you the chance to spot a deer, inviting you to reconnect with nature. The Lac de la Dathée is just down the road for outdoor activities: sailing, fishing, golf, pedalos and hiking around the lake. Vire is 10 minutes away, Mont Saint Michel, Granville and the Channel beaches 1 hour, and the D-Day landing beaches 1h30.

This detached chalet is located on the La Butte aux Cerfs estate (residential park). All on one level, it comprises a living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140x190), a shower room and a separate toilet. Senseo coffeemaker and raclette machine.

The living room opens onto a secure 25m² half-covered terrace with table, chairs, outdoor armchair and gas plancha. Parking nearby. Shared swimming pool in July and August, mini-golf, table tennis and playground free of charge.
