Starting point

The starting point is at the intersection of Departmental Road 338 and Departmental Road 9118. To access:

- Option 1 (11.5 km): From the Sainte-Croix neighborhood in Oloron Sainte-Marie, follow D338, known as the "route des crêtes," for about ten kilometers until you reach Signal 12. Park near the picnic area.

- Option 2 (15.5 km): From Oloron Sainte-Marie, take the direction towards Zaragoza and head towards Asasp-Arros. In the village, turn left onto D9118 towards Arudy. Drive approximately 7.5 km and park near the picnic area. From the parking lot, return to the main road and turn left. Cross the road and follow a path into the forest 500 m ahead.
