4 identical studios "Cristal", "Quartz", "Rubis" and "Saphir" of 20m² located on the 1st floor of a covered building with secure gates: hallway with cupboards, main room with fully-equipped kitchen (numerous small appliances: kettle, coffee machine, Tassimo machine, toaster, blender, mixer, juicer, "Fresh-Express" food processor, raclette machine) and lounge with 140x190 convertible sofa and 65' connected TV (access to Orange channels and Prime Video included)'. Bathroom with washbasin, shower, electric towel rail, hairdryer, wall-hung WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Mezzanine of 12m² with 160x200 bed and access by ladder. Children's play area.

Breakfast provided and included in the price. Personalised household linen (sheets, towels and "Linvosges" bathrobes, table linen) is provided with beds made on arrival. Reversible air-conditioning.
Private covered parking space. Each studio has its own private lock-up area with facilities for laundry and for cyclists, motorcyclists and fishermen. A room is dedicated to lovers with a bottle of champagne and flower petals.
