Leave Paris and take the A6 towards Lyon/Geneva.
Take the A40 towards Geneva, which you leave at exit 14 (Annemasse).

By train :

From Geneva, you can reach the hotel by bus (line 271) or by taking the train to Nyon and the boat across the lake to Yvoire.
